The Royal Handmaiden Society: Episode 8: A New Hope

Picky, picky.

 

I liked the costumes on that movie. h and I bought the Rabe action figure!!!!!! ( had to ebey it though)

 

I was a bit surprised that overall, Star Wars was only up for an Oscar in one category and that was under make up.

 

I don't know why I didn't stop in here earlier once the Oscar noms were announced. But I'm very happy for Keira that she got nom'd for her as Elizabeth Bennet. But since watching the Golden Globes are the pre-lims for the Oscers, Reese or probably one of the other ladies will get it.

I don't watch the Oscers that much since the Academy pretty doesn't know anything about giving awards to movies that actually deserve them.

Okay I have another question, Do the 4 handmaiden's on ep 3 have different costumes? Cause I was on SWFFAQ and she has four dresses for that scene, and she labeled them. But I want to know which handmaidens wore what. Here's the link to c the pics:http://rebelshaven.com/SWFFAQ/funeral.html

 

There are four different costumes worn. I think there are eight handmaidens in the funeral scene? If I am not mistaken. And the handmaidens there are never identified.
