A crime boss is a crime boss is a crime boss... what's gonna' matter is whether or not there's something about him that makes us want to hate him.

Xixor was arrogant, and that ALL, even Vader, were beneath him.

Jabba was... well, Jabba was nasty. He's gross to look at, and liked running his tongue over humanoid females. *shivers*


The question is if you want your crime boss to be loathed, sympathized, or just plain cool. Marlon Brando was cool. The guy from Lethal Weapon not so much (not Gary Busey's Mr. Joshua). It really depends on what your going for. Do you want us to hate him? Or do you want the audience to secretly root for him/her?

 

No I am going with a Vito Corleone (sp?) type guy. I am starting him from humble beginnings and working up to the big boss guy. He still is not a bad guy, just someone you don't want **** with, cause then he will go to the mattresses.
