- One villain must be from Before the Saga, one from the Saga, another from Beyond the Saga. (villains' eras are the predominant ones)

Does it matter if it's a multi-part? Does the entire thing have to finished by the 9th? And, what's the deal with beta-ing? Should I post it unbeta'd or wait and go outside the timelimit?

you can make it multi-part, but whether it all has to be done is up to D_I!
And betas just help make it sound and/or look better before you post! We're usually really quick about it....but you don't have to use us if you don't want to...it's all up to you!
