I'm awfully late (darn DRL ), but I wanted to thank everyone who nominated and voted for me. Both the nominations and the award mean a lot. Thank you so much!

Congratulations to all the winners, and everyone who was nominated in the first place! These boards wouldn't be half the fun they are without your diversity and talent.

Special congratulations to my wonderful evil twin, LadyPadme!

And last but far from least, a huge thank you to Melyanna, Aunecah_Skywalker, Kit', and all who helped them make these awards possible. Your efforts are greatly appreciated.

I just want to add my own congratulations to all the winners -- and to all the nominees as well. There's some really amazing writing here.

And a big thanks to our organizers and vote counters! You carried off the entire awards process from start to finish professionally and efficiently -- something that's very rare. You should be proud of the job you've done.

 

Looks like I missed it. To those that organized the events: name the planning/information thread something other than 'Nominees'. If I would have known that that was the planning/informational thread, I would have checked it out a little more.

 

A big thank you goes to everyone who organized this! Big thank yous also go out to all the authors, and to all the voters! Thank you so much for taking the time to nominate and vote!

<holds up a glass filled w/champagne> To honor those who were nominated and those who weren?t, a salute to all!! IMHO every writer on these boards is a winner in their own right. Posting a saga, or a single story, even a vignette takes fortitude and I raise my glass to each of you.
