Interesting update, and I am thinking that this gentleman (or someone with a similar name ) is someone Delfi should consult. Not only did he write a few textbooks on Egyptian hieroglyphics, he also was interested in the study of the paranormal.

Meanwhile, we are at the main course, so I think stuffed quail with dauphinoise potatoes and French beans might be the thing...

Hey there all! I am sorry for the delay in replying to the combos and with the update, been feeling rather tired lately and never get around to do actual writing. But I think things will improve this week.

@Mistress_Renata @Ktala @Bodhran777 @Narancia I apologize for the delay, but in mid-August I managed to get sick (some stomach bug) and that threw me off balance for some time but I think I am getting back to my feet. I think by the weekend (or during) will be able to post.

LOL! I'm pretty well tied up until the 19th anyway... my father passed away & we need to travel for the funeral with the family, and sort out a few things. By the 19th, I should have some free time again. I am enjoying this game.

For my part, I know I'm due for a post, just been tied up myself with other things. And this Hurricane Ida business has been a headache. We got stuck right in the middle of it and had to evac further north. Our house lost power, internet, and cell service. We tried sticking it out until power comes back, but that could be a week or more, and it got too dang stuffy in the house for us to stick around much longer. Everyone's ok though, so that's what matters!

 

truly. As long as everyone else is safe. we can wait.

OK! My post is FINALLY up lol. Sorry for the long wait. As a general update, everything here is a bit more back to normal, so I should be better about posting regularly going forward. Internet is sometimes a bit finicky, but I have backups, as long as the power companies stop accidentally cutting fiber optic cables while they do hurricane cleanup...
