I have not, as I haven't gotten the alerts from the thread, but I have put this together quickly for you:

Jedi Code:
There is no emotion, there is peace.
There is no ignorance, there is knowledge.
There is no passion, there is serenity.
There is no chaos, there is harmony.
There is no death, there is the Force.
There is no contemplation, there is only duty.

Proposed Sith Code:
Peace is a lie, there is only passion.
Through passion, I gain strength.
Through strength, I gain power.
Through power, I gain victory.
Through victory, my chains are broken.
The Force shall free me.
Fear of the Force is what shall make me stronger.

I decided to go with an outside-the-box answer here, because any good Sith's decisions are never predictable. "Fear of the Force is what shall make me stronger" is an allude to a quote from the book Path of Destruction by Drew Karpyshyn. The quote reads as such:

“All soldiers felt the same thing going into battle, whether they admitted it or not: fear. Fear of failure, fear of dying, fear of watching their friends die, fear of being wounded and living out the rest of their days crippled or maimed. The fear was always there, and it would devour you if you let it.

Des knew how to turn that fear to his own advantage. Take what makes you weak and turn it into something that makes you strong. Transform the fear into anger and hate: hatred of the enemy; hatred of the Republic and the Jedi. The hate gave him strength, and the strength brought him victory.”

In this proposal of an addition to the Sith Code, we speak of fear. Fear is omnipresent, even for those we deem entirely fearless. In order to get through the fear, we must become one with it. Fear of the Force is necessary in order to become our most powerful in the Force.

Nice addition. That's @Sinrebirth's challenge. Reminds me of the Bene Gesserit Littany Against Fear from Dune. I'll give you a point for that.

You have been ordered to travel to a distant system where there are rumors that a Jedi has been spotted. Find the Jedi and report the exact location back to the Sith Empire. You arrive at the planet and begin to investigate and learn that it isn't just a Jedi, but a Jedi Master who has taken 5 padawans and are training them.

You have been ordered not to engage the Jedi, nor let them know of your presence, unfortunately for you, the Jedi Master did discover you and he and his 5 padawans confront you.

What do you do?

To help you decide, I will give you 5 facts.

1. The Jedi Master once taught Lightsaber Combat and has mastered nearly all the Lightsaber Forms.
2. Each padawan, is in their very early 20's and each one knows a different Lightsaber Form.
3. If you engage them, you will die and they will disappear.
4. If you run, they will disappear and you will fail your mission.
5. If you fail, I will execute you.

Be creative, think outside the box of what you would do. I have no doubt you will come to an acceptable solution.
