    It was actually pretty bad, including a huge fiasco involving the head admin at the time. Ever since that happened, it has calmed down quite a bit. I think people became more aware of that kind of behavior and have done a better job at reporting it.

    My scout troop brought in a corn snake (a constrictor) and fed it a live mouse. Boys cheered "Coooool!" as the mouse breathed its last and *gulp!*

    I just got some shocking and depressing news:

    My second cousin, the son of my first cousin, shot himself last night. His mom (and grandmom, my aunt) have bipolar, so it's possible he may have been suffering from this as well. He was only 18. :_|
