The UK FF Chat Thread

Just thought I should let you guys know that I won't be around these boards much for the next few weeks. I may lurk in now and again but I really need to get my head down and get on with my OU work.

While it is great fun being here, it is an enjoyable distraction, which I really don't have time for at the moment. As a result, I won't be making the chats for a little while.

Btw, I don't like that other chat room - it is eerily like the one that we were using before and that makes me uncomfortable.

Anyways, have fun and if anyone should wish to contact me, the best means is via the e-mail address in my profile.

 

Sorry to hear that Mark. This place won't be the same without you. Good luck with the OU work and hopefully we can pencil in another FF UK meet-up when you're done.

I went there Ben but no was around sadly. Loads of people said they couldn't make this evening. Even Andy said that LOL but he's posting here anyway.

Ramesh--Yeah, Oasis is starting a tour with the Black Crowes. Both groups are going to do full sets so it should be a good show. I'm catching them at Radio City Music Hall in June. I can't wait.

 

Jeter, good to see Oasis haven't quite finished selling out in the US. Uh did that come out right?
No, I'm just really jealous because we don't even know whether they'll play in England as a band again. :-(

While on the subject, I was wondering if any of you lot would like get together to go to a Travis concert over the summer? Laura mentioned that the UK tour dates will be announced at Travis on-line this afternoon.

Um...well the other board I frequent is called "The Star Wars Forum". I don't know the address off the top of my head though. And *ahem* it does *not* suck. The people there are all great, but it's just not nearly as busy as this place.

 

Well, you can't really go wrong with a name like 'The Star Wars Forum'. Sorry to hear that its dead though. Anyway, nice one Jeter. I think in the customary tradition we should all buy you a drink to welcome you officially to the boards... fancy a cup a tea?

No one seemed to want to use it Besides, the Delta Source site will be moving to a new location in the near future.

I might be able to get a new chat room once we're up and running at our new server.

 

I guess the regular chat sessions have come to an end now?! :-(
