    Jeez, and he was driving... Gotta say, given his history of recklessness, I imagine he wasn't driving safely.

    Neck surgery, yeesh. Not sure if that's better than blowing off your hand or no.

    gunther cunningham passed away. was a great coach and personality. ran some of marty's best defenses, and unfortunately gets lost between the glory days of marty and those of vermeil on the coaching timeline in KC.

    rest in peace, coach.

    Ah man. Gunther wasn't the best head coach, but he was a great defensive coach. That's too bad, he was 72 which to me doesn't seem that old.

    Joes reached the point of his career where his job is to be the mediocre journeyman starting QB the first six games of the season before getting pulled for the rookie.

    He's not taking it well.

    I think he could play a whole season in Denver. He probably needs to, because Lock is raw and needs to sit a whole year.

    I mean, obviously as a Chiefs fan I hope the whole thing crashes and burns... gah, this is why I so desperately didn't want Lock to go to Denver. I want him to be successful but Denver to still suck :p
