Chiefs trade a 6th round draft pick to the Jets for Darron Lee.

He has excellent range and is legitimately great in pass coverage, he's just a bad fit for a 3-4 because he can't take on blocks inside. Should be a much better fit in a 4-3.

I'm glad to get some ILB help, but apparently he's not great against the run? We need more run support man. But also pass support so :p

I think he's more of an old-fashioned WILL in an old 4-3 scheme. Having two defensive tackles in front of him will help him play the run better. On (running) downs when you have three linebackers on the field (not often), he should be an OLB, with Ragland inside.

Oh great, Ragland in charge of the run stoppage :p

Patrick Peterson suspended for first 6 (previously reported as 8) games this season, performance enhancing drugs.

Tough break for a bad team.

I read the reason why the Jets parted with their GM and why Gase had him fired. FFS, people... really?

Because they paid La'Veon Bell a lot of money as one of the best passing/rushing combos in the league to help your franchise QB get his feet under him? Really, you thought that was a bad plan and wanted Tevon Coleman? REALLY?!?

Also great job letting it get out, poisoning your relationship with a player you've already signed.

Chris Long retiring. Good player, with flashes of greatness. Great human, wish him the best.

Yeah me too. I may go to Chiefs training camp this summer if I can get myself up that early some Saturday. We'll see.

We used to take a road trip up to River Falls, WI every year when training camp was there. But having a job and stuff makes it a lot harder to get to training camp, even though it's now just north of KC.

Apparently Ruben Foster got carted off with a leg injury at Washington OTAs.

As loyal to my team as I am, a good chunk of me wants to go 'karma' for the Domestic Violence stuff.

Gerald McCoy released. A young team with the cap to accommodate him makes a lot of sense - Colts seem to be the likeliest spot. Not the force he once was, but one hell of a leader and locker room/community guy.

It looks like the Bucs are going to sign Suh. While their win totals may not go up, their personal foul yardage probably will. :p

Sorry for 49ers fans, but I would love if Nick Bosa flops. Dude just seems like a tool.

Looks like there's a deal in place to keep Edelman in New England.
