The Vintage Collection Returns Spring 2017

Seen the Emperor and Endor Leia wave along with a couple cases of the Lando, IG-11, Paploo wave before Christmas. Not sure which I was more surprised to see...an actual Vintage Collection figure on the pegs or more than one case sent to one store. Haven't seen any since.
I did order two of those troopers plus Ahsoka, Boba with Stormtrooper helmet, Death Watch trooper(2), The Book of Boba Fennec and Boba on card.

I’m VERY impressed with how good the bad batch four pack looks in-person. This is the first vintage collection purchase I’ve made in years, and I’m kind of blown away. The Rex looks better than my black series Rex.

 

It is impressive. I took your word on it and ordered it soon as it was back up last week on Amazon. Got it in two days. I was suprised they sent it in the white box while some don't get the mailer box, just the Amazon box. I'll keep mine in package.

 

More vintage reveals at celebration. It's starting to bother me how much cooler vintage is than Black series. Everything gets more accessories.

 

Plenty of room to have you Gamma626. Hasbro has pushed TBS for awhile now, but I myself love to have nice accessories, playsets, and vehicles.

Just looking at the new figures at Celebration left me starstruck. Just amazing. Pricey but great figures. Then throw in some accessories, playsets, hopefully more vehicles and what a great display or play value.
I also love the Retro line. Yes they seem to expanding it to new show lines but I'm confident they'll get back to the original figures with ROTJ.

 

Ooo I was always wondering "where could I comment/ask stuff about 3.75 collecting?" and I just found the collecting forum . Recently I got Corvus Ahsoka and it's a pretty nice figure. Sadly, with the end of Obi Wan Wednesdays, I was left hanging on my hopes of getting Kenobi´s version of the Grand Inquisitor in 3.75. The 6" one looks fantastic. I imagine (hope) he will come sooner or later in TVC, but then again, I said the same of the Client, the Second Sister, Dryden Vos, Krennic, and so on .

 

I've seen pics of corvus Ahsoka is it as nice as it looks? what does it come with?

 

It really is, I would say! The face realism is uncanny as is trend in the new figures, and the knee articulation is quite seamless and make for a very stable kneeling/meditating stance. It comes only with the two ignited lightsabers (no unlit ones to hang in the belt), and unlike the ones in the Ahsoka/Vader two pack, they look completely white/transparent. It´s a figure worthy of the character, I think .

I typically don’t buy sets like that just for the accessories, but I’m very tempted to get that one. It looks awesome and I love the soft goods capes on Mando and Moff Gideon. Hopefully the price isn’t absolutely ridiculous.

I'm officially in on The Vintage Collection! There's so many great figures to scoop up. Gotta plan out my future purchases, but I'm happy to be collecting the line. Reminds me of my childhood Star Wars toy days. Just a classic scale.
