Summer since most of the sports are ones that I can relate to or have at least attempted.

If you could re-direct any SW movie, which one would it be and what would you change?

I would change The Last Jedi so that it wouldn’t be as controversial as it is. Don’t have Luke die, which I thought was a wasted opportunity for him in the next movie.

Give Finn something better to do than finding DJ and have him battle Phasma or whoever longer than a minute.

I am interested to see how they handle Carrie Fisher’s death as far as the Leia scenes in the next movie.

As opposed to dreaming un-normally. I have some weird dreams sometimes.

Everything will be better in the future.

Darth Vader’s death since he saved Luke.

If you could act as anyone in any movie, who would it be?

Batman, since he is really rich and relies on technology, his wits and his strategy and strength to defeat villains.

Just spend time with my family.

I like just about all sports, if the game is compelling enough or the competition like the Olympics, then I will watch it.

Yes, especially for the yumminess factor.

Books usually are more descriptive and have parts that they cut or didn’t include in the movie.

What are you hoping to see in Episode IX?

Well, Luke will still be in it despite his death, probably as a Force Ghost, So him, Yoda, and probably Obi-Wan will all impart their respective Force knowledge to Rey, so that she can defeat Kylo again.

I am also interested to see how Leia’s scenes are because of Carrie Fisher’s death. Plus, give Finn something better to do and have him fight Phasma or whoever longer than a minute.

Deal with Kylo through his defeat, I don’t want another redemption story.

Spanish.

Do you have any Christmas traditions?

I used to have many when I was younger but as I grow older I am having less.

What SW standalone film/s would you love to see?

I still think that Obi-Wan has a chance, but maybe it is best if they just have new stories featuring new characters that we can feel good about instead of criticizing them.

HAPPIEST WRIGGLES! Kirk versus Picard, as a leader, etc.?

Picard is the thinking man”s Captain, Kirk was more impulsive and more physical. They both were great leaders, so it really depends on whether you like a man of action and brawn versus logic and brains.

Klingons versus Romulans, which is the more formidable enemy?

I always thought Klingons would forever be bad in the Star Trek universe, so only because they changed and are now friends with the Federation do I have to say that the Romulans are the more formidable enemy.

What part of Star Wars legends are you just as glad isn't around anymore?

It is probably for the best that Jacen is not around, but Kylo Ren’s story is similar.

I am allergic to the iodine in seafood so I don’t eat it.

Do you sleep in when you have the chance or get up at the same time?

Mostly get up around the same time due to work, but I definitely sleep in on weekends when I can.

Was looking for a friendly SW-loving community to post my finally finished 15-yr-old fanfic ("Destiny") in to get some feedback. Had a login once before many years ago, but don't have the email address it was registered with anymore. So, made a new login, posted my story, and joined a couple conversations and groups.

They're misjudged, misunderstood, fuzzy creatures with prehensile tails (I don't know what it is about that, but I like it, I'm a huge Kurt Wagner/Nightcrawler from X-Men fan too). Plus they're musical, resourceful, spiritual, survivors who endure great hardship just because of who people think they are. They're deliberately based on our world's Romani (aka "Gipsies", but that word is actually very similar to the "N-Word" for black folks: derogatory, based in misunderstandings about their history, and used to continue oppression and violence against them), this gives them a rich history to draw from and adapt into the GFFA.
Having a Ryn who is an Old Republic Jedi lets me explore culture, and what it means to be part of a culture. Is it blood? Is it how you were raised? What makes you part of a race? I took a class, and did a project, in college about "Cultural Literacy"; exploring what it means to be "literate" in a cultural sense. It was fascinating.

Um, my entire life? I was born in between ESB and RotJ, and my dad had seen ANH in the theater (like 5 times), and had the soundtrack album. So, my first introduction was hearing John Williams' amazing music, and my dad telling me the story that went with the music and the pictures in the liner notes (I remember the Darth Vader on the back cover scaring me a little).

Not really, I was really little. I do remember when my dad bought the first VHS (letterbox) release of the trilogy and I got to sit and watch the whole 3 movies as they were in the theater (i.e. not pan-n-scan like I'd sene them on TV) with my family.

It really depends on the character, each one develops differently. It depends on why I'm making the character. Sennah for example, started with basically me as her personality, then once I decided where she fit in the GFFA timeline, I wrote a backstory to tell her life that showed how she may have interacted with canon characters in the time period. Danyal, as another example, began as just a nebulous idea of "Sennah's eventual husband" because I wanted Sennah to end up one day as the elderly matron of an extended family of her own children. Danyal's personality came together randomly while brainstorming a "One-Hit Wonder" songfic challenge and getting an idea from a friend on how to meet the challenge. None of which originally had any intention to flesh this "husband" character out, they just happened to be two unresolved brainstorms that were going on at once that merged serendipitously.

Telling a cooperative story, being someone else for a while. Seeing other people's creativity, and playing off it.

I really don't have one, every one has parts I love, from the prequels to the sequels to the side-films. I've gone into each movie the same way I saw the original trilogy: with no expectations, just sitting and taking it in as the thousands of people who worked on it intended. I've found something to love about them all, and nothing that I hate.

Absolutely, I love being able to see the scenes that the director and scriptwriters wanted to include, but didn't have time. Especially those scenes that would have added to the story and usually explain 'plot holes' and stuff people had been complaining about in the movie. Getting into characters' heads is fun too.
