I really enjoyed the scene where Jemery Bolluk's character froze the guy from Indian Jones in carbonite.

I like to post post edit, if at all but I admit it's not very efficient.

I was about to move it, then thought 'wait, since when did the JCC have standards?'

JCC standards? Yeah, that's a pretty low bar to clear.

    How low can you dianogo?

Surely a farmboy like Luke knows what Peat is. Well, he's a water farmer. So I guess not

He's clearly referring to Vader's number 2 guy in the Imperial Navy, Admiral Peat

The best part is that I was quoting the Comms thread that led to the creation of F&G!

    Well, I took a look -

    - What's the last thing you put in your mouth???
    - What is your latest purchase?
    - ITT we post random movie quotes out of context
    - Let’s mix the word stupid with movie or tv show dialogues

    This is not a loss.

So I just saw the latest episode and I'm very confused.

    1. The number of activities they do that are wildly dangerous to children seems to clash sharply with the idea they are very dedicated to protecting them.

1b. The monster hunter setup is kind of stupid and fundamentally, I don't see why it would be so hard to clear the area of wild animals if they want to occupy it. Most animals don't like death matches. They don't actually have to kill the things (although they could) so much as just make it an uncomfortable place to live. It is beyond baffling that they've never tried, especially if these things have killed multiple trainees.

    2. Enrolling non-sentient animals as foundlings is very weird and I don't see how it actually works

    3. I don't get what about the conversation with the armorer or watching her smelt a piece of ore would have triggered that flashback in Baby Yoda.

    4. I don't get what we were supposed to get from the Baby Yoda flashback. All we know now is that he escaped the stormtroopers that were attacking. Which, yes, we would have guessed by the fact that he was still alive. It wasn't even a new perspective on the Jedi Temple assault.

4b. All I could think about was how much collateral damage must have been caused for fully-armed military vehicles discharging ordinance into the middle of a busy metropolis. Ye gods.

    5. Just as a sidebar, the focus on actual child trainees is very odd. Most groups that take up assimilationist models accept adult converts. You would think that a martial tradition like this could be very popular in a war-torn Galaxy. Yet we've literally never seen one. Everything is just about trying to raise literal children into their way of life. What is the point? This makes even less sense than it did for the Jedi.
