Atheism There is no God

It's time for the charade to end. For months now, I have been persisting in the foolishness of Christianity while all those around me strove with all their might to open my eyes. After long and careful consideration, I have changed my mind. Yes, it's true. People yelling at other people on an internet forum nominally dedicated to Star Wars has once again proved to be the most effective method of persuasion.

I am now an atheist. There is no God. Thank you to all those whose well reasoned posts have opened my eyes.

I have also come to a difficult decision. I am going to have to stop reading the homosexuality thread, lest I also decide to be gay.

Oh, yes, I'm still virulently anti-gay. Turns out I was just bigoted to begin with and my Christianity had nothing to do with it. Even if there's not a God, there are still some places you just shouldn't stick your man parts.

Ladies, of course, may continue to rub their lady parts on other ladies' lady parts. That's just hot.

 

I'm definitely sorry to hear that you've abandoned God, Rogue1-and-a-half, and I will definitely pray that you won't suffer the same consequences as I did when I made that same decision.

As a devote atheist, this thread is great! Good thing Christians, Muslims, and Jews all believe in one more "god" than me.

 

And he has an unhealthy obsession with making sure everyone is circumcised.
