there are enough worries. lets share things that are good these days.

my grandmother told me she started painting again. she had to cancel her daily visits from all her neighbours and her bridge club. but shes in amazing spirits cus she says she has a lot of knitting and painting to do.

i suddenly find it super easy to stick to my diet. suddenly it sounds way worse to visit the store than to not eat ****. by the end of this crisis i will be a ****ing bikini model or something.

 

My nephew was laid off from his restaurant job a few days ago, but all his buddies are rallying around him and making sure he's going to be all right. <3

 

My dog spends his day touching base with everyone in the house, wandering from workfromhomestation to workfromhomestation, spreading love and asking for a little play time. also the belly rubs. And sometimes a treat. Please don't forget the treats.

 

I’ve gotten a decent amount of writing done. My total has gotten up to 250 pages. That’s a lot. In fact, it’s too much. I have to delete, like, more than half of it. It’s really more like 115 pages. So, not as much writing as I thought. Crappy first drafts are a *****.

 

my personal finances are doing great. i feel like its not really okay to talk about it since people around me are losing their jobs and stuff, but im getting a bunch of overtime work and lower interest on my loans.

 

My brother is home and I like seeing him.

 

Worries are temporary, but Doom is Eternal.

 

Lucy is still excited to see me after work!

 

Not much traffic on the roads, so I was able to open up my Mustang a little bit the other day. Nothing too wild though; I still have snow tires on.

 

I haven't heard a thing about Biden v Bernie in days.

 

Even though my job is awful and I hate it, it still gives me great income, and I'm needed now more than ever. I get thanked a lot more each day from participants calling in about their 401k's for coming in to work to help them during these uncertain times. I'm not struggling financially whatsoever.

 

Due to the Virus my grandmother needs to stay in but is really happy that she gets to see more of her son. She seems really happy. Happier than I have heard her in a long time

 

While on my grocery trip today I noticed that the mountains are beautiful and covered with snow. I think they're also easier to see because there's less smog (though it might just be the recent rains).

My eleven-year-old siblings got a way to contact their friends while school is closed and watching them video call all their little friends is the cutest thing ever so that's pretty great

 

I saw three pretty kitties when out on a neighborhood walk today

 

My cat is a national treasure. Everything about her is pure and beautiful.

 

My wife took over the cooking for a night and made slow cooker jambalaya. So very very good.

 

I think my toddler senses I am a bit more stressed because I am getting endless cuddles.

 

I actually get a full night's sleep.
