    Money I have + half paychecks + $1200 stimulus = I'm good until the end of May before I need to worry, not even counting unemployment compensation.

    Went to the local 7/11 for some milk today, so I finally got to get outdoors for a walk (the 7/11 is like a 5-10 min walk) the first time all week. Much, much needed.

    I finished off another chapter in the manuscript. What was supposed to be 20 pages turned into *checks notes* 29... just one more chapter and I’ll be halfway done, though! :D

    Looks like my unemployment was approved. I think. I have a retired relative sending me money. Didn't say how much but it's kind of them anyway.

    Apparently this year the influenze and winter vomiting disease totally stopped in their tracks. Who knew that social distancing and some basic hand hygiene could work against other viruses as well?

    Ok, so I finally have a real and easily readable confirmation that I get my unemployment, but also I get the additional $600 from the fed. The $600 stops at the end of July, but my unemployment appears to be good for a year. Total = $972 per week!

    Michigan. I mean I just figured you get the $600 alone, but it does not say that. Then add the $1200 too and there is a strong possibility of this extending through May.

    Cute news story from Sweden. So on Maundy Thursday kids dress up as witches and go around and collect candy (basically our version of trick and treat for Halloween). Of course it's not a good idea to do that right now, but now I read about a group of kids who instead of getting candy collected bags with necessary items, went up to their neighbours' doors, rang the bell and left the bags, standing on a safe distance when the doors were opened. Still dressed as witches of course.

    Yeah it's in addition to your normal unemployment from your state..the $600 comes from the feds.
