Han shooting first was not a silly controversy. It was the banner of fans' legitimate disgust for the new releases of the OT.

 

I really want to see this thread locked up... but locking up is what unwoke people do to slaves. Can't have that, I'd lose my status as a woke virtue signaler.

On second thought, I think I'm willing to sacrifice my status in the interest of ending this. Lock it up.

And I think many in here missed my point with the whole Han shot first thing being a non-issue but never mind.

 

I have never ever cared about whether Han shot first or not, and it doesn't change his character in a significant way so that I would justify throwing tantrums over it. Actually, I don't understand throwing tantrums about anything that has to do with Star Wars, but this one especially. It's a fictional story, big deal.

I prefer the SE of the OT anyway, almost in everything.
