    Hm, I might have to check into IMAX for this.

    I cross-decked to an aircraft carrier for a couple of days. I made sure to check out a night launch. The exhaust flame from the F-18 was longer than the plane itself. And that thunderous engine sound, %^&*.

    That last trailer was soooooooooo good. Prior to seeing any footage of this film, I imaged the a sequel to Top Gun would be something like the movie Stealth. I'm so glad Maverick looks nothing like that. Additionally, that Tom Cruise delayed the filming of the sequel to learn how to pilot the jet. Those shots look amazing and gives me the feels of seeing the original film where I felt like I was sitting in the cockpit too.

    I see there's going to be another trailer that will be dropping during the Super Bowl on Sunday. I'm going to try and avoid. I'm already sold on this film.

    Did anyone else see Top Gun when it was released in 3d a few years ago? I was not impressed. The picture looked as rough and dirty as WW2 gun camera films.

    So I was at the grocery store, wearing my face mask...and I thought of Maverick doing all those weird facial expressions while wearing his oxygen mask during the dogfight. So yeah, you can still be cool while wearing one of these things :p
