Thank you. I doubt I will wear it with the full tie and jacket much, but I will definitely need the slacks, shoes, and shirt for an upcoming orchestra concert at least.

Gang... I bought a binder. Thanks to Ben for some help. We will see how it goes.

Good luck with that. A binder sounds incredibly uncomfortable especially in the summertime---worse than a bra. I can see why you'd want one, though... just sounds like a nightmare, to me.

Be safe! I’m sure you already know about the complications of wearing one for too long, but some dudes still do it and have problems later.

Yeah I know it's 8-10 hours and I doubt I would even try to go that long. If it works and I can handle it I will order a custom one from Shapeshifter. For now I am just gonna test and see if I can handle it. I may not be able to with my fibromyalgia.

Just about every part of a suit kind of works except for the tie!

Avoid that as much as you can, tricky, fiddly, doesn't do anything.

Sigh. So I got my binder, but as I worried, it hurts me too much to wear it. Back to just wearing no bra and hoping people don't give me **** about it or stare.

Heh yeah I wish I could. I do wear them at home but my office keeps it at like 75 degrees all the time.

Yes it is. Way too hot. I keep my house at 67, so the difference is shocking for my body. I could wear shorts at the office in the middle of winter.

I keep confusing this thread with this one. Not that we aren’t more than meets the eye too.

I've got no experience in this area but a quick look on Amazon US ('chest binder' or 'breast binder') turned up quite a few different styles. You might take a look there for something that looks cooler or more comfortable.

They're pretty ****ing expensive, though, I'd imagine.

    Also, boo... boycott Amazon, please.

So what’s the thinking behind wanting the binder? Surely not so The suit fits better.

Eh, just so sometimes you can look less womanly. But no kind is gonna work with my fibromyalgia.

I had my first therapy session today. It went really well, despite me being an anxious disaster. She seems like a real pro.

I have another appointment on Monday and she gave me homework (a 3 page autobiography). Now I gotta think about childhood and ****. ****.

Oh dear. I mean, great that she's such a pro and seems to be diving deep already. But I get how hard it could be to dive into some things from childhood.
