translate star wars-related words in your own language.

    Well, the completely "finnished" version of Luke Skywalker would of course be "Luukas Taivaissakävelijä" which means exactly the same as the original name :)

    Sorry. Lukas Skygaaer could be a Norwegian version, which is just as bad..

    In danish the Millenium Falcon is 'Tusindårsfalken'

    Luke Skywalker would be Luke Skygåer or Luke Skyvandrer (maybe 'Himmel' instead of 'Sky'...)... if it were to be translated...

    Luke Skywalker would be Luke Skygåer or Luke Skyvandrer (maybe 'Himmel' instead of 'Sky'...)... if it were to be translated...

    It must be "Luke Himmelvandrer" :D

    "Oh and Jabba was Tsäpä...when it came on tv here in Finland a couple of years ago!"

    In that TV version Jabba was "Tsäbä", Greedo was "Skriidu" and blaster was "läjäytin".

    I've once seen Millennium Falcon been translated as "Tuhatvuotinen haukka" in a comic.
