It is based on the Zulu language and the recordings were sped up to raise the pitch and accelerate the flow of the words. The dialogue was also recorded in the rocky and desert locale of Vasquez Rocks to get an echo effect as the voices bounced off the rocks to make the Jawas sound more natural.

Wasn't this a Cheers episode? Where Major Bren Derlin ... uhhhh ... I mean Cliff Claven was on Jeopardy and Final Jeopardy was a listing of three people (I think they signed the Treaty of Versailles) and he answered "Who are three people who have never been in my living room?" which was technically not a wrong answer but not correct either...
