O femeie pretinde ca accesul la reteaua sociala Facebook i-a fost refuzat deoarece poarta acelasi nume precum un cunoscut personaj al seriei "Razboiul Stelelor". Hiroko Yoda spune ca a incercat in repetate randuri sa isi faca un cont pe acest site, insa incercarile ei se soldau mereu cu un mesaj de eroare.

Japoneza a banuit atunci ca de vina este de fapt numele ei, acelasi cu cel al micutului Maestru Jedi din productia "Razboiul Stelelor". Suspiciunile i-au fost confirmate atunci cand a reusit sa-si faca un cont folosind o versiune usor schimbata a numelui - Youda si Yohda, arata The Telegraph.

Dupa ce i-a contactat pe reprezentantii Facebook, a aflat ca numele Yoda a fost pus pe lista neagra, deoarece numerosi utilizatori pretindeau a fi personajul fictiv. Site-ul permite deschiderea unui cont doar daca utilizatorul foloseste numele sau real.

"Facebook blocheaza accesul pentru o serie de nume folosite abuziv pe site, iar "Yoda" se afla pe lista numelor interzise", i s-a transmis japonezei. Dupa aceea insa, lui Hiroko Yoda i s-a permis deschiderea unui cont cu numele ei adevarat.

Yoda este un nume des intalnit in Japonia, iar o cautare pe Facebook a aratat existenta a numerosi membri cu nume asemanatoare acestuia.
