Buff, NY UPDATED DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY Information

Still happening on SATURDAY JUNE 11th, 2016, a double header starting at 6:05 PM.
Arrival times are variable, depending upon who's needed when. Anthony speculated that they usually allow 90 mins to 2 hrs per game on a double header night.
Parking is going to be an issue, so if you have to pay for parking, bring your receipt for reimbursement. Metered/street parking is free evenings and weekends.
If you are not needed for early filming, but want to come and enjoy the games, let Larry know and tickets will be available and held at the box office.
Still confirming where we can congregate, change, stow clothes, etc. Stay tuned.
Scenes to be filmed include:
Sith escorting Dodanna and Mascots to detention center from VIDEO 6
Plan is to shoot this before the 1st game starts, approximately 4:00 PM. Characters needed/wanted are Kylo Ren, someone to wear Red Guard donated by Chris Ballard, any other SITH or IMPS who DID NOT ALREADY APPEAR in Video 6 (the Vos speech sequence), Dodanna and the Mascots (Bisons performers should be available, but just in case, anyone willing to don a mascot outfit would be greatly appreciated).
POST GAME VIDEOS 3 and 4 - Mandos firing e-Web blaster onto the field and blowing up the hidden shuttle. Dan R and Jonathan S were discussed for this. We want to shoot this in the Camera Bay by the Press Box, and try to match the darkness of the evening performance, so this at earliest might be shot between games (conservatively 7:30 to 8:00 PM), but as it probably won't be dark until well after 9:00 PM, we'll have to play it by ear.
POST GAME VIDEO 5 - Ahsoka watches the destruction from a suite, and converses with pilots via communicator. Obviously, we need Ahsoka. Again, possibly plan to shoot either between or during the 2nd game, whenever it's darkest; we're a little more limited because of the dialogue, but there will be a box/suite available for use.
DUELING ON FIELD POST GAME DURING FIREWORKS - If this is the only thing you are required or able to come for, you need not arrive until 9:00 or latest 9:30 PM. Full costume, new batteries in lightsabers.

Ready to film at 4, if possible. Or at least sometime before 5:00 before the concourse opens for the early game.

Whenever people choose to arrive - for either early filming, attending the game and / or late filming - you may leave your costume(s) and change securely in the usual lower level conference room off the service tunnel.

 

If there is someone who will be at the before game filming that is capable of donning the Red Guard costume, feel free. If we do not have anyone available I will do it, but would prefer not to have to kill the time in-between.

 

Are we to enter via the loading dock/service tunnel area, or thru the stadium turnstiles?

Jonathan will definitely be there for the web sequence. We will enter by the loading dock. We will not need tickets, if we stay for the game we will just use our own tickets.

 

I have a parking pass from Anthony that I will send out to the respondees from the initial thread.
If you need one and your not on my list, CALL ME. I will have extras at the stadium tomorrow just in case.

Is the loading dock entrance by where we park on rehearsal nights or is it somewhere else?

 

It's the same entrance. Up the ramp, through the bay door, then onward to the dressing area.

Yeah I think there was to many threads for same thing ....might be better to stay with one and just update that one ....but I did chime in on other one that I was planning on coming and Bobby also stated he was coming on that one as well
