As of this day, I received my refund!

Last week, I sent a e-mail requesting my refund with kindness and understanding.
I asked that REED respond at their leisure. So yesterday, I received a notice that
my refund will be sent to my credit card within 2-3 hours of the posted message.
Then, presto!

 

Cool, just glad you got it all worked out in the end.

I'm thinking the Wednesday Night Shopping event is gonna render the Personal Shopper option pretty useless for most of us this time.

Well, because if you attend the Wednesday Shopping event, store inventory should be at its highest and thus increase your chances of getting everything that you want from the store in one shot.
