I like reasonably cold. That is, around -2 in the winter. Cold enough to have nice snow, warm enough not to freeze. *remembers the time she had to walk home in -26, dressed in just a very short, thin dress and a coat* *shudders*

I'm starting to return to normal life, well as normal as I can get while still eating leftovers from Christmas and staying with my parents. A very good thing though is that this seems to be almost the only winteryplace in the middle of Sweden, except for Christmas eve when it was pretty warm the temperature has stayed below freezing and we have some snow on the ground as well.

I like winteryplaces. We finally got some snow the other day. It finally looks like
    Christmas outside now.

Yes, at the moment I'm very jealous of my parents. They went up to our house in the Swedish mountains, and yesterday they got something like 20 cm of snow. Here in Uppsala it's just boring though. :(

    Happy new year!! :D

I know, I'm a bit late but in the first week I think nit's still ok to wish a happy new year. ;)
Still no snow for us here in Germany. :( But lots of rain on new years eve. Wasn't too good for all the fire-crackers ;)

Hope to see you all soon!

We don't have any snow either... but at New Year's Eve it was at least below zero, so no rain. Rains now, though. Bloody weather. I need to go to the library and borrow a film, I think.

I didn't even get that, no snow, nothing! and it's jan already :(

here's something interesting: in every topic like this one, the subject is always the weather, always!!! it's like a elevator :))
    just smalltalk

Well. Enough with the smalltalk then...

Children's labout is heavily frowned upon in Scandinavia - and most other Western countries - and customers are not keen on buying stuff produced by kids. But by refusing to buy these products, we take away their livelihood and only means of survival (other than thievery and prostitution). So, what should we do?

    ...

The evil snow is back. Hate the evil snow.

Snow is nice, except for when it ruins the ice on the bandyfield, like yesterday.

Knitting is pretty fun, although it's been while since I did any knitting. But it's very relaxing. :)

I suck at knitting, so I don't like that at all.

Knitting always seemed to me like some sort of an arcane, crazy ninja thing... I really can't understand how it works (probably because I've never given it a go...), it just seems so esoteric and skillful...:p
