Sometimes...remembering things like that...makes me miss high school. Life was so much simpler back then.

and lots of mountain dew, makes the best breakfast ever.

 

mmmmm. mountain dew and waffles.


cereal is just gross. maybe fruity pebbles in the afternoon once a month. other than that, nope.

 

So which do you like better. Regular waffles, or ego waffles?

There's a Waffle House by where Becca lives. I'll have to try it someday.

I like Eggos. They've got a certain Eggo-nish quality about them that I haven't been able to duplicate in home made waffles. It's a buttery, yet eggy kind of taste...with a hint of vanilla.

I haven't found a good homemade waffle recipe yet.

Nor do I have a waffle iron that seers the visage of Scooby Doo onto my waffles.

 

You DO know, though, that somebody had to sculpt the mold for those Scooby Doo waffles.

I'd love to have that on my resume.

I mean, how DO you get a job like that?

Or a job creating nail polish colors? Do you need to have previous experience in the auto body industry?

I'm pretty sure there weren't any classes on waffle sculpting or nail polish color mixing back in college...or I would've taken them.

 

That should be my next goal in life -- leave the tech industry, and get a job somewhere doing something really obscure, like...I dunno...designing artwork for gravestones.

Wait...I've done that before.

 

Or maybe I could take my technical knowledge and help write processes to get those little swirly doodles on the top of Hostess Cupcakes.

there is a waffel house right down the street from me, on powers, the have good waffels there, its quite teh tasty.

Becca...You haven't seen the Waffle House by your house? It has a HUGE white sign, with big bold red letters, and all it says is "WAFFLE HOUSE." I can't remember where it is, but I've passed it like, a bunch of times. I'll make note the next time I see it.

There's also an anime shop just down the street from you, too. LOL.
