Then this morning I learned it was not that Jason. So I'm back to

Who on earth made the rule that we have to get up early??

should have made Bunny do my mom's brakes too.
did them last night, again. I just did them but when Checker turned the rotors they turned them too small, causing pedal vibration.

sometimes I just wanna reach across the parts counter and grab the sexist jerk by the collar and show him just exactly how well I can wield my ratchet, upside his head.
First when I tried to just buy new pads and rotors they didn't have two rotors so I thought I'd wait and see if I could just turn the old ones (not knowning for sure they were bad).
So 1st part guy puts pads on counter - "so who's going to do these for you?"
me - "I am"

later that night
guy2-"rotors too small, can't turn."
me-"well, I know you don't have two here. Does another autozone?"
guy2-"no autozone will turn these, we have specifications, blahblahblah"
me- ? "I know. I need new ones, right?! You don't have two, right?!"
guy2-"we have one"

well, isn't that lovely, one. That will do me so much good.

 

Nice drizzly Sunday morning. Good time to curl up with a hot cup of java and read the paper.

 

I think I'm in the mood for something different.

I tricked myself into getting up by thinking it was Tuesday and I had to go teach class.

So I'm just minding my own business, making toast in the break room and the coffee machine is making odd noises.
I look over and the grounds are pouring out of the basket and flooding the counter.
My lord, is making coffee really that difficult?
Somebody just filled the filter all the way with grounds. Some peoples kids. No wonder it always tastes like crap.
So I spent 15 minutes cleaning up the coffee maker and counter, and I wasn't even having a cup this morning. I am drinking my last bag of green tea, and still get stuck making coffee. Oh well.
