Warsies?

Hi there, im writing a compare/contrast paper about Star Wars vs. Star Trek, and wondered what Star Wars fans are called? You know, Star Trek people are Trekkies, but what do we have?! I need a name!

 

Star Wars Fans. There is no real name, like "Trekker" or "Trekkie."

 

I don't think Star Wars fans really have a name like that.

Though that's probably for the best.

 

I heard on some TV show once that Star Wars fans are called Star Woids, though I have never heard it confirmed or even mentioned anywhere else, so it might just be false information.

 

Maybe ill just say Trekkies and then the 1337 people. That will get my point across, anyway.

 

No cute nickname for us, pal. Move along.

 

I prefer to be called a Star Warrior.

 

A dude I work with calls us Star Wars Geeks.

 

1337 people? Not everyone here is a hacker or wannabe one either.
