Buff, NY Weekend on the Niagara 2010

What: Weekend on the Niagara Craft/Folk Show
When: June 5-6
Where: Niawanda Park, Tonawanda


Matt has invited us back again to this year's event. There are only 3 slots open so we'll need to get back to him asap. This is a fun event that we've done the past two years. We have an hour time slot in the bandshelter, then walk around, pose for pictures, and have a good time.

We can choose from either:
Saturday, June 5th at 4PM
Sunday June 6th - 11AM or 2PM


Please respond if you are coming and the best day/time as well.

I'll be coming back from vacation and unavailable

 

I'd be available but any Bisons game prep/rehearsals take priority.

I'm going to suggest Sunday morning (11am) as it seems like it would potentially be the less invasive of Bisons plans.

 

I'd be available for either Saturday or Sunday afternoon

 

If we have use of the band shelter I think it would be great to do some of our duels up there as a improptu practice and that.

 

On call those days, but possibly the 6th at 4.

We do have access during those time slots.

 

I am working the 6th until noon or 12:30, so Saturday would be easier. As Bryan said, I think this will all depend on the Bisons game rehearsals. A good run through of the duels in front of an audience would be a good practice though...

 

Remember the last time we did the early Sunday morning, we had a lot of kids who missed it because of church. Might want to consider this.

We can do either day at whatever time is chosen.

 

Can't commit to Saturday yet due to work schedule. Won't know about that until the week before.

Definitely out for Sunday 11 am. 2 PM looks good for me.

 

I'll have to say nay on this one. I'd like to do it, but every weekend is precious time for me to get my clone armor done.

 

Working till 4:30 on the weekends. :-(

 

The Saturday 4PM spot has been filled.

 

We're probably better served for the Sunday 2:00 spot rather than earlier.
