Mini Series What Cameo Would You Like To See in the Final Episode?

I want a two hour episode where Luke,Han,Leia,Chewie,Lando,C3PO and R2 go on an adventure.
And then i want another four hours of this and we get the ST we deserve.

 

Obi Wan suddenly showing up in the post credit scene like Barbossa did in POTC saying "Hello there!"

 

Master Favreau, there are too many of them. What are we going to do?

 

Elan Sleazebaggano finally finished rethinking his life, and has decided to join the fight against the Pykes on Tatooine.

Jeeze oh man am I happy none of the poll options showed up here, with the possible exception of Bossk. I could have seen the Pykes hiring more than just one bounty hunter, and Bossk's appearance could have been quite the tussle with Krrsantan.

 

So the cameo of the final episode was.

Baffling to me that they didn’t go that route. But I think he’s being reserved for the next season…

I have to admit, of all the guest characters who did appear in this series, I would have thought Bossk more likely than any of them. (well, except Din of course, though then I wasn't expecting him to have an episode to himself)

 

Cad and Bossk would overlap too much. Weaken each others presence.

Bossk can be a tough dude in another story.

 

I wish there had been a cameo for the plot.

 

It's kind of funny; last week I was whining on the Episode 6 thread when I "accidentally" saw a spoiler of the episode when just scrolling through news on the internet. So of course today I figured I'd learn my lesson and deliberately avoid not only any news but I actually stayed away from the Forum completely until after I watched the latest episode. So what was the major spoiler that would've been ruined?

Maybe a headline about Bane being shot by Boba? Vanth surviving?

That's...about it. Not very Earth-shattering.

 

I really dislike this approach to storytelling in Star Wars as it always creates these plot contrivances. Cobb Vabth would’ve weakened Boba’s and Din’s presence, so he’s removed for the fight but brought back later, etc. Boba and Bane face-off alone because Din’s presence would weaken Boba’s. Etc. It just creates these artificial rails on stories that feel so engineered. Just let loose. Have Bossk stroll into the Trandoshan district with an arsenal of heavy weapons and have him go to town on Krssantan. RR fans kept saying he’s perfect for giving us a madcap bounty hunter fight to end all bounty hunter fights. And instead he gave us a laser tag game with characters wearing Halloween costumes. I mean, it was fun. But it could’ve been so much more.

 

That's very true, Luke is trying to follow the teachings closely at the moment, but would be cool if he had a brief liaison with Mara (like Kenobi/Satine or Anakin/Padmé) and unknowingly sires a child. After believing her dead (post a future conflict, maybe with Thrawn?), he forever shuns any attachment and doubles down on the old teachings. Maybe another piece of the puzzle to the Luke we see in TLJ?

 

And then Luke's bastard child meets Rey in a post-TROS setting and they have a child of their own. There's your new trilogy.
