    Another reason I believe it was a UFO. If it wasn't then why were civilians threatened by the military? In the Roswell Daily Record, why did they print out "RAAF captures flying saucer" and then once the military took over change their story to "general Ramey empties flying saucer?

    A UFO is anything that is flying and unidentified. So this was a UFO.

    The secret truth. It was the Falcon. Han and Chewie landed in NM to make emergency repairs. ;)

    No, If you look at the date that the landing in Roswell occured, and then look nine monthes ahead in time, you will notice that Al Gore was born exactly nine monthes to the day after the Roswell crash. Coincidence? I think not!!!

    I like how We're all supposed to believe the official Government story even though a few years ago they had an official press conference where they admitted that they were lying before about it being a baloon.
    "Uh,yeah,We were lying.We said it was a baloon because it was really a secret experimental craft.But I SWEAR We're not lying now.You can trust us THIS time.Honest.

    Ha HA,it is to laugh.

    I always love the fact that, while most governments can't be relied on to find their ass with both hands, when it comes to possible alien activity some think they're suddenly incredibly efficient and capable of wonderful cover-ups :p

    A UFO in the since we don't know what landed there. Though I personally believe it was an early version of a modern fighter, it just happened to get outta control, and the strange markings they found are actually from tape.

    That because the government does cover these things up. Take Roswell on July 8,1947 it was reported that a flying saucer crashed and then the next day on July 9 they said it was nothing but a weather balloon and the goverment has had many other cover stories for the Roswell Incident such as a Japanese Bomb, V-2 Rocket... If Roswell was nothing then why go through all the trouble to cover it up and make up all of these other false theories. Marcel himself even said that the debris in his office was replaced with that of nothing but balsa wood and an old weather balloon which became the main picture for the issue of the Roswell Daily Record on July 9,1947.

    When it comes to the extraterrestrial stuff the government itself is not to be trusted. Plus why would all the classified documents from the past 25 years be distributed to the public but not the case on Roswell which has been classified for over 50 years? That to me shows that the goverment is hiding something.

    I live near Wright-Patterson Air force base in
    Dayton, Ohio. Supposedly, they brought some of
    the Roswell wreckage to Hanger 18 there. For the
    sake of keeping alive a hometown ledgend, I'll say...

    [face_alien_1] UFO ]-}

    PS - I did once see a rather strange, disc shaped
    object on the ground inside the gates of WPAFB late
    at night a few years back. I'm just saying.....
