Well, they refer to Vader as "Lord". The female version of "Lord" is "Lady". Therefore, they would probably refer to a female Sith Lord as "Lady (Name)", much like how the Nohgri refer to Leia as "Lady Vader". :)

Now that you mention it I've heard Lumiya, referred to as Dark Lady Lumiya.

    Edit: Oops [face_blush]

I think when answering the question of what do you call a female Darth, it's very similar to the question of where does a 600 pound gorilla sit?

Anything she wants to be called.

    "Isn't it Dark Lady?"

I would assume so. Darth Vader was a Dark Lord of Sith. A female Sith would be titled a Dark Lady. It's common sense... :)

To be serious, I think the question is not about Lord or Lady, it's about the title, Darth. It appears that this is a common one among members of the Sith (Darth Bane, Darth Maul, Darth Vader, etc.). So, what would the female version of Darth be?

    Dark Lord of the Sith.
    Dark Lady of the Sith.

    It's Darth either way.

Valyn, my previous "Nevermind" may have been misinterpretated. I had posted a comment, which I later edited away. I was not meaning to negate my post above.

I think the question is the wrong question to ask.

A female Darth will still most likely be called Darth.

The question is what do you call a female Sith. The answer is what Reaperfett said - seriously. We have old-skool "Jedi vs. Sith" female Sith who didn't use "Darth" and we have the very newest/latest Sith, successors to the Palpatine/Vader canon line of Sith who have not chosen to use the "Darth" title.

Lumiya's title is Dark Lord of the Sith. She has gone by "Dark Lady" and "Lady" titles as well - female equivalent of Lord. That is Lord Vader was Lord Vader and was a Dark Lord of the Sith. Lumiya is Lady Lumiya and is a Dark Lord of the Sith.

If she chose to use the "Darth" title, she most likely could have gone that route as well.

If a female Darth is a Darth, then why would you call her anything else than Darth?

Well, then, that would probably beg the question: What is a Darth? If the above interpretation of the use of "Darth" is correct, then Darth could be equated to the term, Caeser, which was actually a man's name that was later adopted as the title for the Emperor of Rome.

We only know what a Darth has been, not what it's definition is.

We know only Dark Lords of the Sith have been Darths, but no official confirmation exists to define "Darth = Dark Lord of the Sith, "Darth = Dark Lord of the Sith," "Darth = Dark Lord of the Sith," or "Dark Lord of the Sith." Those definitions of Darth currently only exist as fan-fiction.

And, for example, if the real definition of Darth actually does happen by some small chance in Hell to be equal to:
      Dark Lord of the Sith
Then a Dark Lady of the Sith will be screwed and end up with a different definition. She'll either end up being a Dalth, a Daath, a Dadth, or a Dayth. Or even a completely different definition entirely. :D

Darth was supposedly the first name of Darth Bane and after he set up the rule of two the Darth title has been an used in the Sith Title to show honor to him. I also heard somwhere that Darth = Dark and Vader = Father, maybe in Latin, I don't know that language so...

    {OT, I know, but...) ;)
I've always wondered, if the Emperor had been female, would the dudess have been called "Empress"? Or, like Isard did sometimes (people called her 'sir'), would they keep "Emperor"?
