    Summary:

    Bought a house.
My SW collection has its own room now!
Had my first child in May '03 (Daughter, who is the best)
    Got a different truck.
My wife got a new SUV.
Ran a Marathon. (So I lost a few lbs also)
This time I have to pay for most of C3.... @ C2 my wife was in Indy on business and I got to stay w/ her for free. Not so lucky this time.

I also missed the previous Celebrations, but this time I won't.
    I've lost around 20 lbs.
Got tired of having long hair and got a haircut. :p
    Got a bachelor's degree.
Currently applying for a master's in NYC (it's gonna be a huge change if I end up there).
Traveled 3 times (one to Orlando, FL, one to Savannah, GA, and one to NY).
Freed myself of the evil clutches of my ex Girlfriend (still single).
Had a few jobs but no official ones. All of them have sucked.
Have a debt of about $4000. I intend to pay it someday. :p

+ Got a new niece, Sammantha Nicole (who looks just like my kid sister, but it's my kid brother's little girl [face_laugh] )
    + Lost 60lbs
+ Spent a total of 13 weeks traveling the midwest for my job
+ Became a CR for the RMFF
+ Met lots of other FanForce members
    + Lost Job
+ Started growing my hair out for my kid sister's wedding (at her request)
+ Put 40lbs back on, when I had to go w/o my meds for year due to lack of insurance from losing the job.
+ Worked part time in a church to keep from losing my car while unemployed
+ Set up my first wireless network
+ Resigned as CR of the RMFF
+ Got a new job, thanks to a FF friend
    + Got insurance again
+ Got rabid pneumonia and spent some time in the hospital (and took 3 months to get over)
+ Helped my sister plan her wedding
+ Started having major abdominal pain 3 weeks before my sister's wedding
+ Spent the week of my sister's wedding keeping her sane and preparing for my surgery to have a very large mass removed from my abdomen (without telling my sister about it)
+ Restored the X-Wing at Wings Over the Rockies for its trip to San Diego Comic Con (and to keep my mind off of being fileted at the end of it)
+ Went in for Surgery and discovered that I had an 18cm, 5lb, benign mass removed, along w/ a few body parts for good measure.
+ Spent 2 months on my couch recovering from surgery
+ Went through 3 months of female hell, while taking Lupron Injections
+ Became the onsite IT person, after getting the worthless piece of flesh IT person fired, and hired an on-call IT guy for the big stuff.
+ Worked on a new Server Install at work (Man, did THAT suck!)
+ Major expansion at work, and ridiculous hours getting it done
    + C3 costuming madness

    - I had just moved into this house right after Celebration II. I had been living in an apartment at the time waiting for this house to be built.

    - Had a lot done to the house, had a pool built, front and back yards landscaped, barbecue put in. etc.

    - Travelled to New Mexico and back about 15 times to stay at my second home there

    - Got divorced

    - Got a new cat named Padme

    - Got two Shelties

    - My mom moved in with me (She is nearly blind and has osteoporosis and cannot take care of herself)

    - Became CR, RSA, and GSA for fanforce, and quit those all last year because my kids wanted to spend more time with me. LOL

    - Saw lots of movies

    - Made lots of new friends

    - Gained weight and lost it all again

    - My hair is now dyed reddish-brown, it was blond at CII

    - Got to go to Steve Sansweet's house and tour his collection

    - Got to be a stormtrooper in a few Star Wars commercials and work with Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Don Bies and the real R2D2

    - Got to meet Mark Hamill, FINALLY! Got to meet lots of other Star Wars actors.

    - Bought a bus, converted it to a Star Wars bus and joined Road Squadron. Hopefully I will drive the bus to Celebration III.

    - Went and worked at three Comic Cons... Woo Hoo. Helped put the X-Wing together at last years comic con.

    - Got healthier

    - Joined the 501st and have had a BLAST trooping, and the Rebel Legion deleted me somehow... LOL. I have stormtrooper, Sandtrooper, Royal Guard, Tie Pilot, X-Wing, and Jedi costumes. STILL working on Imperial Officer and Rebel Fleet trooper and Mara Jade.

    - My Star Wars collection has gotten bigger

    - My oldest daughter, Leia, is on the Hasbro Star Wars Trivial pursuit DVD! Woo Hoo! She wrote an article for a magazine, she is Drum Major, and is graduating High School next year, and has a boyfriend who is a Star Wars fan!

    - My youngest daughter is going to a private school and doing well and has WAY too many boys calling day and night.

    - My son is now the pitcher for his baseball team. His new favorite character is General Grievous, for CII it was Jango. His bedroom is even messier now. LOL

    - I've made several trips out to where Jabba's Sail Barge scene was filmed and collected pieces of the set.

    - Spent a rediculous amount of money to get two tickets to Skywalker Ranch to see a screening of ROTS on May 6th.

    - Am MUCH better off financially... I only had $100 to spend at CII and most of that went into gas for my rental car... this time, I'm gonna have fun!

    In the last 3 years:

    - bought a house
    - daughter was born
    - quit my job to be a stay-at-home dad
    - the standard first 2.5 years of life development for my daughter
    - became a CR
    - started into costuming (though don't have anything complete: Jedi, TIE Pilot, Imp Officer, and Sith/Dark Jedi in the works)
    - my wife took a promotion that has her traveling a lot! [face_plain]
    - had my Escort Wagon die on an Interstate in MD, and bought a mini-van
    - took the H&R Block course and now working PT as a Tax Preparer
    - actually going to C3, didn't go to C1 and C2

Lost weight and still planning on loosing up to CIII--due to exercising.
Getting published--three stories last year and 8 is the count for this year so far. Writing a novel too, which is almost finished.
Acted in a indy film--supporting actress. Done some extra work too--like in HBO's Iron-Jawed Angels.
My black cat, Samhain passed away after got back from Dragoncon 2004. He was 13 years old.
    JMD

Actually lost so far 53 lbs and plan a little bit more before C3 and close to 39 inhces as of weigh-in at place I exercise at, back beginning of March.
One of stories in Xodtica Magazine this month and get paid for it, plus royalties as it'll be on CD for sale a long time. Another comes out in June issue of A Hint of Seduction. Another in anthology in November (horror). Still plugging along writing.
Bought new washing machine and we had to replace water heater as went out Easter night late. Ouch! Took money from C3, but plan to replace it, hopefully by house insurance.
Lots more, but all mini things.
    JMD
