I learned today that the internal temperature of a Ricotta, Spinach and Tomato toastie can rival the temperature of molten lava even after 15 minutes!!!

Luckily no I was being careful but blimey I think when it's cold I'll stick a couple in my pockets to keep me warm for a few hours
