Buff, NY What is the proper protocol for event invite?

    I was wondering what the proper protocol is for an event invite? I'm assuming that there must be an approval method and just how one should go a bought this?

    Send the information to either Chris, Dan, or myself. Information required includes:
    - time date location
    - sponsor or beneficiary of our appearance
    - we need verification of arrival time, event/appearance times, and secure location for changing and belongings.

    I did forward the event you and I discussed to Chris. He said he would post it.
