What is the "standout" piece for each episode?

So, JCF, what do you think each episode has as its "defining" music? One piece on the OST that stands out as the most prominent theme of that particular entry in the saga, one beautiful score that makes you think of that one film?
I'd say

TPM: "Duel of the Fates" or maybe "Anakin's Theme"
AOTC: "Across the Stars"
ROTS: "Battle of the Heroes"
ANH: "The Throne Room" or "Binary Sunset"
TESB: "The Imperial March"

I wouldn't change a lot.
TPM: Duel of the Fates
AOTC: Confrontation with Count Dooku and Finale (Finales are kind of cheap, because they include the credits, but this soundtrack isn't all that good and poorly mixed in the film)
ROTS: Anakin vs. Obi-Wan
ANH: Main theme (removing the obvious, Binary Sunset)
ESB: The Duel
TFA: Rey's Theme

AOTC: Across the Stars
ROTS: Anakin's Dark Deeds
ANH: Main Title / Rebel Blockade
TESB: The Rebel Fleet / End Title
ROTJ: Emperor's Throne Room
TFA: The Jedi Steps and Finale

It's the instrumentation that makes these so memorable for me. Obviously the Main Title theme is iconic Star Wars fare, but those french horns--good God. All these years later, I assume my middle school band director told me that London Symphony Orchestra had the best in the business for a reason--that must be it.

For me, The Rebel Fleet is Star Wars at its core. I tend to not think of the more bombastic (and incredible) themes like The Throne Room and Finale, Ben Kenobi's Death / Tie Fighter Attack, The Imperial March, etc, before I think of this one. It's so emotionally powerful.

Emperor's Throne Room has the most hummable theme in the film, I think.

Augie's Great Municipal Band just sounds so...unique? I know it's one that gets glossed over at times, but when I think of TPM I tend to remember that one first; oddly, before Duel of the Fates which seems to be the most iconic for most other people. It's a great track, too.

Across the Stars is another beautiful love theme. The flute section astounds me. Very delicate, very controlled, very great.

Anakin's Dark Deeds is what the film is about. It has that dark streak to it that I love.

The Jedi Steps has a nice flute solo, as well, and it also has a nice homage to Binary Sunset.

V: difficult because it has three great new themes; most would say Imperial March but my favorite would be the love theme. That's also the one at the very end of the "Finale", so to me that one is the most iconic.

VII: I have seen it only once and am sorry to say that I can't remember a specific theme

• TFA: I'm sorry, nothing really stood out for me...I feel this movie has the most unmemorable score for some reason.

And for all the movies, The Main Title - the iconic Star Wars Theme at the start of every single movie!

Of course, the entire Star Wars Saga has some of the greatest music known to mankind.
There are plenty of other pieces I adore as well!

Revenge of the Sith: "Battle of the Heroes", "Anakin's Betrayal", "Anakin vs Obi-Wan" (I think that the music in ROTS has a bigger impact on us, the audience and it is why, at least for me, it is more memorable)

A New Hope: "Binary Sunset", "The Throne Room/End Title"

The Empire Strikes Back: "The Imperial March", "Yoda and the Force", "The Rebel Fleet/End Title"

Return of the Jedi: "The Pit Of Carkoon / Sail Barge Assault", "The Emperor Arrives", "Victory Celebration / End Title"

The Force Awakens: "Rey's theme", "The Jedi Steps and Finale" (strangely, this movie has the least memorable score in the entire saga, I was a bit disappointed by the music)
