    Our amazing dark lord has been featured in "Rise of the Red Blade", the new novel about the Inquisitorius. Even if he is not featured prominently, his presence looms over, and there are little gems to be found about him. Spoilers ahead!
    - Vader is shown to test all Inquisitors aspirants in a duel. It's implied that he only let live the ones he deems worthy. It's also stated that even when maiming the Inquisitors during this test, he has been holding back, almost being gentle with them. His power is described as unending;
    - The main character (Iskat Akaris, later the Thirteenth Sister) survives this duel by attempting several dirty tricks on him, including trying to stab a knife in his groin. This amounts to Vader crushing her hand and cutting her braids (burning the back of her head in the process), but later she steals a page from Tremayne´s book and messes with the respiratory mechanisms in his helmet. Even when retreating, already out of the room, Vader manages to slam her against the wall while struggling for breath!
    - Iskat had been promoted to knight in the same ceremony as Anakin. She senses some familiarity when meeting Vader, but it's overshadowed by his presence, which she labels as the personification of her nightmares;
    - Finally, his duel with Eeth Koth is described from Iskat´s perspective in the book. I felt the art implied that it wasn't an easy duel, but the books leaves no room to doubt: Koth is being crushed, while Vader is untouched, enjoying the experience.

    Hayden in Ahsoka has been amazing. His swordsmanship is as strong as ever. Really pleasing to see him back in the franchise so prominently.

    L_B edit: I’m adding spoiler tags just in case everyone has not caught up on episodes yet.

    It was really nice that they brought him back for that scene, maybe they’ll do a Vader series next.

    I've shared this on the music subforum a while back, but I don't know how many people actually look there so I hope it's okay to reshare here. Someone made an edit of the RO corridor scene using music from Tribes and Empires: Storm of Prophecy. I thought it was really cool.
    The edit: https://tieba.baidu.com/p/5711894159
    The original video for the music if anyone is curious too: www.bilibili.com/video/BV1NW411g7AH

    Too long have we left this fan club in the dark. Too long has been since the best Sith Lord ever has received the proper attention! There is an upcoming comic issue (Legacy of Vader) that will apparently deal with Vader visiting Tatooine, and a not so happy visit for Watto. We also saw the ending of Vader third series (which I sadly liked less than the other two, but still) and we´ve seen a little of him dealing with the likes of Adelhard and Barsha, too!

    Even when Lucasfilm being more selective with his appearances (Vader won´t be on upcoming novel Mask of Fear because of the risk of him personifying every evil from the Empire), he is still the most fantastic character to come out this incredible world IMO. When done properly, he elevates every material he´s in...

    A what-if that I've fantasized about is if Vader went to Tatooine in ANH to look for the droids, and arrives just in time to see the sand people attack Luke. I imagine he would kill the sand people, and then Luke will thank him for saving his life. If all else stays the same as the actual movie, then Obi Wan arrives a few seconds later (before Luke and Vader get to talk much) and then... things would be uh, tense, to say the least. Alternatively, lets say Obi Wan takes a bit longer to get there, then it would be interesting to see how the interaction between Luke and Vader goes. Would Luke recognize who Vader is? Would Vader calm down enough to have a conversation with Luke, or would he be overwhelmed with the trauma of Shmi's death?
