    I write a very long e-mail all about the contents and my thoughts on it, then hit send without actually attaching anything, only to follow up sheepishly with the actual attachment a couple minutes later after I've realized the problem.

    This only really boomeranged on me once when one of my co-worker's Replied All to someone commenting they couldn't see anything and was like:

    OH REALLY YOU NOTICED TOO!!!!

    I thought I'd definitely be dismissive avoidant but it turns out I'm fearful avoidant.

    I took the quiz on the attachment project website and it gave me a helpful image to illustrate my attachment style:

    Took the test. And the results don't really align with my personality at all. (Maybe 10% accurate). I hate these kinds of 'quizes'. It's all so...generic, and yet extreme.
