    My favorites are NJO: Traitor and Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords. Both these stories had great characters and interesting takes on the force that really set them apart from other expanded universe stories.

    Thrawn, Yuuzhan Vong, the Genndy Tartakovsky Clone Wars miniseries, Outbound Flight, and KOTOR... also can anyone suggest if I should read the Darth Bane trilogy? I have always seen be mentioned several times within Legends and the OC. I have read about him from the Star Wars wikia but considering the only actual source material about him is from his tril, is it worth a read?

    I liked them. The Jedi vs Sith comic also has an alternate take on book 1 - many of the scenes are the same even if there's moments of slightly different dialogue.

    As written, the Legends announcement only allowed for TCW itself, and the Son of Dathomir comic, of existing non-Saga Movie media, to "carry forth into the newcanon verse" so to speak.

    So, currently, the 2D series is Legends, and thus a valid choice for the purposes of this thread.
