Fall is my favorite!

 

Spring. Nothing beats seeing all the snow melt away, and being able to leave the jacket at home. The grass doesn't need to be cut, leaves don't need to be raked, and snow doesn't need to be shoveled. It means another good 8 months or so without snow.

 

First vote for summer!

Late summer/early fall here in the midwest can have some beautiful weather.

For some reason, winter always draws me in.

Jeff asked me how spring could not be my favorite. Well, firstly, i live in orange county and there IS no snow. no leaves to rake, either, because we have a gardner. Who also cuts our grass. Even when we didn't, I didn't do those things, my dad did.

Now, when i was in Alaska, Fall was still my favorite. Even moreso than now. The air is nice and crisp and chilly and the trees get covered infrost. The trees are gorgeous, and it doesn't snow till late oct or november which is practically winter. Mmmmmm Fall.

Hmm, I will accept that explanation. However, I am still sticking with spring as my favorite season. Fall is second favorite, followed by summer, with winter being my least favorite.

Have had to go for other, as a 'brit' (UK, citizen), Spring, Summer and Autumn are my best seasons, Winter is only good at yule time (Christmas). As we very rarely have snow and when we do it's wet, slushy stuff!

Summer, because it means Christmas, it means holidays, it means the beach, and it means 40°C heat.
