Tennis. Like every good Brit should vote for!
Though my personal favourites to play are ping-pong and Scrabble, I voted for Ice Hockey. Obligation to the country and all... besides, I was brought up on it.
And can you believe it? The Calgary Flames are actually winning stuff this year... first time since I was, what, eight years old...
I can't stand American Football. Especially how it's corrupted the term football. The only real football is played with a round, usually black-and-white ball with a pentagonal pattern. And it actually involves the foot.
All Blacks beating the Wallabies? That's like saying Jar Jar would beat Luke Skywalker in a full on Force battle.
Anyway, my fave sport is gymnastics.
For me, it's baseball. For awhile, I considered trying out for the minors. I played shortstop for 12 years. Ultimately, I made the better choice by going to college instead.
Hockey. It's *not* ice hockey, either, dammit!!!
As well as cricket, table tennis (not ping pong!), soccer and many more. I definitely love sports, but tennis does take the cake.
Ice hockey - I've played it all my life so it's my favorite.
I'll vote "other" for martial arts (none in specific), but tennis is a very close second.
I love basketball! Heck, I'm watching it now. haha
I don't like sports. But I will watch figure skating if it happens to be on.
Other; I like running.
Cross Country, I can run 3 miles in 18 minutes and 56.06 seconds and one mile in 4-5 minutes
Pshhhh. GO EAGLES!!!!!!
I don't follow sports and I hate hockey with a passion (and I call myself a Canadian ).
That's not to mean that I hate sports. Far from it. My favourite sport is cross-country skiing, followed closely by cross-country running, swimming, biking... oh, and did I mention I love triathalons?
I cannot decide between American Football or Ice Hockey.
But I voted for hockey since it's behind in the poll.
Figure skating, though I haven't had time to follow it very closely this year.
Baseball. I like most games, particularly hockey and soccer (I go through ups and downs with American football; I currently find it rather disgusting), but I love the individual battle between the batter and the pitcher more fascinating than anything else in sports.
This was a tough one...I chose American Football, because it's just so much fun to watch and play. Though, I like wrestling (amateur and pro) a lot too, so it was a bit of a hard decision.
Mixed Martial Arts.
Other: I like stuff like Track and Field and X Games sports.
I love pretty much every sport that exists, minus events that involve animals. Not because I don't like animals, I'm a *huge* animal lover and several can be inhumane to them. So, no I didn't vote because a lot of times it depends on which one I've watched last.
