Oh man, I had a *triple* post??? Double posts are bad enough, so I'm really sorry for the triple post, it must be really irritating...

You see, what happened that day was that my internet browser connection was working really slow that day, perhaps even slower than a 56K modem, although I have a rather fast connection (512K). Anyway, what happened is that a message saying that the address http://boards.theforce.net/post.asp (the message which says "Error: only one post per minute is allowed") couldn't be loaded, so I assumed that the message had not been posted because it was about to lead me to that page, so I clicked on the "back" button and clicked on "Post Reply" again. Evidently I must have done that a couple of times before my Internet browser "performed an illegal operation" on me, because I thought that the message had not been posted at all, so it's pretty shocking that it was posted 3 times.

If I had a triple post here I must have had some more double or triple or even quadruple posts elsewhere... I'm really sorry about it!!!

(BTW, it happened again for this post, so I'm sorry if this ends up as another double post, I checked but it doesn't seem to have been posted...)

LOL. I was just reading the front page of this. It seems that bannings tend to follow a similar pattern and then one of two things happen.

One: The banned poster comes around, promises to behave and stop whatever got them banned in the first place. Then they actually return.

Or Two: They refuse to back down and instead come back with sockpuppets.

But it seems like it's *always* One or Two.

 

Unfortunately, we see alot more of outcome #2 nowadays than #1. 'Tis sad, really.
