What toys/figures did you NEVER see in stores?

Darthmak, I personally never saw those Expanded Universe figs either. But my wife did and bought me 2 sets of them! I gave one set to my brother for christmas. I'm such a nice brother.....

 

I'm from the East Texas area. Here are some of the toys I have never seen.

I looked for Count Dooku from April till Christmas when my older brother came thru and got me one as a present.

Here are some I was lucky to get.

And Watto's Box which I found at a toy outlet store on my way back from seeing the Star Wars The Magic the Myth exibit in Houston. It was marked down to 7.99

 

Went to TRU awhile ago and for the first time EVER in my area, I found the elusive non-invisible Ephant Mon figure!
They, of course, only had 1.
Only... I'm so broke right now, I can't even pay attention!
So, I grabbed it, walked to a different section, and threw him up in the top-stock bin over a completely different toy line!
Of course, it'll be 8 long days before I get paid again and can think about buying him. By then, I have no doubt that an employee will have removed it from the top-stock and put it out, so some scalper can snatch it up.
I can't win for nothing.

 

The figures I've never seen in the stores include:

A good bunch of the '98 figures,like Blast Helmet Tatooine Luke,Lobot,Mon Mothma,and Prune Fce.

The '98 EU figures,except for the Imperial Sentinel,which I only saw once,at a local Rite Aid.

The later TPM figs,like Sio Bibble,TC-13,and R2-B1.

Otherwise,I've seen everything else.

 

I am getting really frustrated with Walmart. I have never seen the Holiday Edition 3PO & R2 or the Trash Compactor Screen Scenes. Maybe it's not Walmart per se, rather a couple members of unscrupulous staff?

 

Anything before AOTC was risky to leave it up to Traditional Retail stores to supply to me, so I found myself an online retailer.

But the only ones I have never found are
The EP1 Sio Bibble wave, Swimming Jar Jar, Naboo Royal Guard,Padme ascessin gun and Holo Sidious.

Commtech Green cards, Vader and Stormtrooper never made it to Retail got them through a US mag.

The EU Spacetrooper & Darktrooper also never made it to retail, but I actually managed to pick them up on Ebay.

 

I've never seen Blast Helmet Luke, Removable Helmet Vader, Commetech Vader, Commtech Stormtrooper or a lot of the later Commtech Figures. Now most of the other POTF figures I saw at a local comic shop.

 

Even more for me to add to my long list:

I have them all though so its all good.

 

The only figs I can never remember seeing in a retail store are the EU ones. Luckily, the only one I really wanted was Thrawn, and my friend got him for me.

Never seen the Cantina Sets?!

I've been staring at the things for months. And they're keeping new Deluxe figures off the shelves.

 

Well here's my list of figures/toys that I NEVER saw in stores.

so far any 2003 figures, except #6 Tusken Raider

And I had several locales to hunt through, especially during the Episode I line, when I was out-of-state at college after the initial set came out that summer.

 

Hey everybody i was able to find the virtully unfindable Ephant Mon at a local KB. They had like five! I also picked up Yoda w/ Council Chair, Djas Puhr and Teemto Pagalies to say the least im happy

All Bounty Hunter Collection (Boba Fett, IG-88, Bossk, Zuckuss, 4-Lom, Dangar) on Avenger perhaps with Darth Vader

a new 2003 or future super detailed Millennium Falcon

Cloud Car

Vader lightsaber

Boba Fett gun

These are some items I think should be made or I never found.
