I would have to say their personality and intelligence. Things in common also help because it creates common ground for discussion.

 

Looks.

 

Truthfully, eyes. But, I clicked personality.

Looks first and personality second. If I don't like other somebody's personality then that relationship won't last very long (perhaps one night ) but if I don't like their looks there won't be a relationship at all.

Shallow? Yes. But at least I admit it.

I voted for social status, because i personally would not date some one outside my social group.

 

the thing i've learned in my dating experience is that i should only date "geeks". everytime i've dated someone who wasn't a geek it was awful. geeks/nerds also make better lovers.

Oh, so true! I have been married for over 16 years to a nuclear physicist.

 

A little bit of everything, but I believe personality shines above everything else. I'd much rather hang out with the ugliest person on the planet who has a good attitude, than a supermodel whose a bitch.

All of the above. Cause while personality attracts me alot, their looks also matters alot to me.

 

If it's someone at college (someone that I would like to have in my group, etc.) it can be a combination of things. I like to be around people that work hard and still have a good time. But personality and personal beliefs/morals are most important in people I spend a lot of time with.
