What type of personality are you?

Well, I'm just kind of a bastard, so I'm not sure how that falls under the choices available. Mostly, I'm an introvert who can fake it for a while if I have to, but talking to people tends to make my palms itch and/or want to wrap themselves around someone's neck. How I ended up in a job which entails customer service, I'll never know.

On the one hand I'm outgoing and always open my mouth, but on the other hand I keep a lot to myself and shut up
