    I'm a big fan of the puppet from the first four, but I've got to say that ILM did a great job with him in AOTC. I voted digital.

    Digital of course. :) It gives much more flexibility to the creators :) And cooler scenes to us. That would not be possible previously. Like the Yoda vs Dooku fight.

    The puppet had a real heart - not a fake, computer generated one.

    But the puppet couldn't whip Dooku like the computer one did :p

    I'd have to say digital. He seemed so stiff when hes a puppet because he couldn't really walk. It was more like the Muppet Show.

    I vote for digital... it's just cool to see Yoda fight with a lightsaber, and I don't think a puppet would have been the same.

    For the mystical Yoda, the inspiration one I go with the puppet. For going nuts with a lightsaber, not the puppet.

    I prefer the puppet. Though digital was necessary for the action scenes, I still think the puppet's better for just about any other scene.
