My favorite one was definitely this remote controlled blow up R2D2 that I still have to this day! My second would most likely be the Resurgence of the Jedi battle pack I had gotten, but sadly I lost it somehow. Great memories though!

Pretty much all of them, but specifically Luke Jedi, Luke Bespin, and Luke original. Loved the x-wing, snow speeder, jawa sandcrawler, hoth playset, dagobah playset, and deathstar playset. Loved the Anakin, skiff guards, biker scout, and Lando in disguise figures.

The one I wish I had was the TIE Interceptor. Never got that one

I still have my Palitoy SW figures and vehicles. One of my favourites was the B-Wing with the rotating cockpit, I remember getting large card board boxes and making hangars for my Falcon and X-Wing then having them attacked by an AT-AT and an AT-ST.

Probably the rancor that I had. I used to use him as a pet for my Barbie dolls, which she kept in the backyard of her townhouse of course.[face_laugh]

I was never interested in the larger figures, nor the creatures and play sets.

Only really liked the Kenner 3 3/4 inch line.

My family was helping out another family who had a farm and the father hurt his back. So we would weed for a few hours every Saturday,, and then when we were done we would go to Toys R Us and I would get an action figure.

I remember the POTF2 Yoda was the figure I was always looking for but never found as a kid. Eventually I bought one on eBay as an adult.

Yoda, was always a great figure to own. Especially, the Kenner original. Never had him as a child.

My childhood Kenner figures were sold off decades ago. I started collecting again last year. Prices are crazy for the original Kenner figures. I already have all the STAR WARS and THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK lines (just the 3 3/4 inch figures).

Haven’t bothered with the RETURN OF THE JEDI lines. Probably won’t, considering the extortionist prices people are asking for the ‘Last 17’ figures.

I’m content with what I now have.

It's good to be content...until that collecting bug bites you again. You walk by a store display or see someone's collection on social media and you're mind is off on another toy mission. I think its great to set up a display, easy when you use plaster, card board boxes, brown paper for Tatooine, Styrofoam for Hoth and fake tiny Christmas trees or green carpet for Endor. It's much more broad with the PT and ST so many more choices.
My best use of recycled material for a set is a tv set cover from recycling dumpster. The set is plastic and is black and Grey to fit right in as a set of the Death Star. My kids played with it for years now. My Retro Tarkin looks good. Now only need to color or paint a control panel for it. Fake lighting also. Or get those small LED lights.
I believe my first two figures were Vader and R2D2 (who I still have).

I only had a small set of empire strikes back figures, but they were everything. Still have em, though some accessories are missing from intense space battles with the vacuum and moving trips lol.

However, my neighbor had this set up in the gaming room of his house that was a mock up of Luke taking down the AT-AT during the Battle of Hoth that even included lights and fake snow. It was the coolest.

It's hard to pick and easy and maybe truest to say all.
The AT-AT was certainly a cool vehicle.
I recall liking my Yoda figure a lot. Was also a big fan of Admiral Ackbar. The Jawa was cool. Loved my Blue Snaggletooth and that whole Sears Cantina set! I'm trying to remember what my first few figures were, probably R2D2, C-3PO, Luke, Leia, Vader, Han, Chewbacca, Stormtrooper I think? Probably got that lot for Christmas '78. I believe I got a Jawa early on, maybe early '79?? Hard to recall exactly. I know I had Obi-wan and Tusken Raider early on too. And then R5-D4 and the rest of the first release. Not sure when the Sears Cantina set came out, maybe Christmas '79? '80?
I believe my first set was the Death Star action set with the Dianoga, liked the Dianoga!
Probably my first vehicle was the Landspeeder? Or maybe the X-Wing? Very cool.
    The Tie Fighter was awesome.
I believe the Dewback came out earlyish on.
Oh I remember liking the AT-AT pilot figure a lot.
