ST What will be the BIG SHOCK in Episode 9

The climax on the edge of a cliff on Mustafa...
"Trust me Ben, the Dark Side only leads to sorrow" says Ghost Anakin.
"All this because I told you to clean your room" scolds CGI Leia.
"We could hold hands again" says Rey shyly.

Kylo leans backwards and falls into the lava.

Iris. Music. Credits.

 

And Ben holds onto Rey’s wedding ring as he sinks into the lava.

 

It will end without bringing back a single EU character or story line and furious "true fans" will decide they actually prefer Star Trek.

 

In the end, we fade to black, only for a quick cut to Jar Jar Binks in a hammock. Turns out he dreamed the whole thing.

 

Pure crazy conjecture here: What if what was once whole that is now broken is made whole once again?

I think that already happened

 

- Luke is able to fully transcend death and comes back in fully physical flesh and blood form a la Gandalf the White.

- Kylo gets Rey pregnant and through a series of unfortunate events, she ends up getting knocked through a wormhole where she goes back in time 70 or so years ago, crash landing on Tatooine. There, she is given the name Shimi and gives birth to a child she names Anakin, thus making her the progenitor of the entire Skywalker line.

 

^ Or gives birth to Shmi and later dies and is reincarnated as her own grandson Anakin.

Someone actually uses a toilet known in Star Wars as a "Refresher". It happened in Rebels it could happen in the mainline films. Imagine the tension in the scene if someone was taking a dump in the Refresher and suddenly the ship got attacked.

 

That would be the number 2 schock...

 

It’s Obi-Wan and he dives into the toilet a la Trainspotting.

 

Or gets sucked into it by a many-tentacled monster aka "Deep Rising".

 

I feel like there needs to be one because the trilogy hasn't had a big shock yet. Though I am inclined to think it won't be about Rey's lineage.

 

Maybe Luke’s been Obi-Wan the whole time. It’s like Fight Club. Force Club!

 

We had better get this.

 

How much more epic the trailers are than the actual movie.....I won't be shocked. I liked the last jedi but the trailers leading up to it were way more exciting. Same for the force awakens. Ren igniting his lightsaber in the snow made me think Man! that guy looks so menacing! He must be a new Sith Lord! Nope, Ben Solo....doesn't even have the hood up or cool mask. No stalking scene, just appears.

 

The shock for me.

the war ends with Ren dead, and hundreds of worlds have been ravaged. Leia is gone, Luke is dead.

Rey looks around at the destruction and decides that Luke is right, that the Jedi have to die out, and if they do the counter weighting dark won't rise again. We see her boarding a ship after saying good bye to her friends. We get a closing montage of a Republic Destroyer and go on the bridge and see Poe. We seen fin settling into the seat of a freighter and looking over at Rose with a smile, then he pulls out his blaster and shoots her (Sorry that's my dream). We zoom onto a planet and see the sign over a shop that reads Hux's shoe repair. Then we zoom to Jaaku and see Rey scavenging the inside of a Star Destroyer with a smile on her face.

 

Rey had a twin sibling who was killed along with her mother!!!

 

Final scene is Qui Gon Jinn waking up in the republic ship, screaming.

OBI-WAN: What's wrong, master?
QUI-GON: (looking around) OH...nothing, my young padawan. Have we approached Naboo yet?
OBI-WAN: I took over while you were sleeping, master. The negotiations were short. We're on course back to Coruscant.

Republic ship goes into light speed.

The stormtroopers helmets will be updated just a tiny bit more for some reason.

 

They'll be a slightly different color white and some of the trim has a different texture.

Here are three:

1) Rey is like Anakin - conceived by the Force. Anakin cleared everything away. Rey will build a new and lasting foundation. Rey being on Jakku is the will of the Force. As are coincidences like Lar San Tekka and the Millennium Falcon being on Jakku.

2) Kylo Ren is Rey's father. The actors are 9 years apart in age. They fake it so they are 16 years apart. Ben Solo fell in love, the aftermath of which took him on a path to the Dark Side. Ben tried to get Rey to Lar San Tekka, but the closest he got was Unkar Plunk.

3) The vision in the The Force Awakens with Kylo Ren and the Knights of Ren in the rain will happen in Episode 9. What we're actually seeing is Kylo killing the Knights.

 

There will be a 4th Death Star which will be smaller than any previous Death Star (But only slightly smaller).
