I slept in for the first time in like 3 weeks. It was nice, but I don't think I missed it.

Least it isn't like last year, where we got a giant dump of snow and no school for the week.

(And this is in responce to "What are you Doing right now") :

Right now I am working on a video game CONCEPT, and I'm going to revamp the web site as well. Its located here, and (soon) in my signature.

On another note, SW: Battlefront II wasn't workign on my comptuer for a long time; AND ITS WORKING AGAIN! Huzza!

I'm really looking forward to Star Trek it's looking awesome. We have to make an event of it, even if it's only me and you Jason, we still need to at least try and organize something. I'll start a topic, because this'll be on us quick.

Not only that but it's been ages since and opening weekend.

It does have a level of appeal I wasn't expecting. (trek, not transformers :p) I'd kind of given up on the franchise after the first season of Enterprise but this one actually looks like fun.

i'm actually a trek guy first, not leaving anything else far behind, bit i love the stuff. not sure about the enterprise being built on earth or the bridge looking like an apple store...not sure about the reimagining but i really want to see it cause it seems appealing in some bizarre way. as for enterprise, o get that the first season was iffy but the last two were really fantastic, its worth a rental for sure.

as for the summer bbq idea i mentioned, i put a post on the purespeculation facebook site about it but no response. im thinking of starting an edmonton facebook scifi group and just randomly add people that have it listed in their profiles then put up the idea of a bbq etc. what do you folks think?
