This was at slavegirl's request, so here it is to shut her up.

Unfortunately, I've only seen three Liam Neeson films, those being Schindler's List, The Phantom Menace, and The Haunting, but I have to vote for Schindler's List. Not only is it a great film in itself, but Liam's performance is fantastic, as he goes from being nothing but a greedy, unlikeable business man looking to make some quick money, to being a selfless hero. The scene where he breaks down at the end is particularly well acted.

Also, even though it's a terrible film, I think Liam's performance in The Haunting is probably one of the best things about the film, as it would be very easy for him just to go over the top, but he plays the role seriously, despite the rather rubbishness of everything else.

Anyhow, do go ahead and vote, and I hope this will keep you happy, slavegirl :p.

Thank you darling! You've just earned yourself a whole week of Steven Spielberg gushing from me. :D

Anyway, I've only seen Darkman, Schindler's List, Rob Roy, The Phantom Menace and The Haunting. Darkman and The Haunting were so embarrassing that I prefer not to think about them, and I'm not much of a fan of The Phantom Menace.

Schindler's List has to be one of my favourite films, even though I haven't seen the first 1/2 hour of it, but I have to disagree with what Oakessteve said about the scene at the where Schindler breaks down. I was squirming with embarrassment during that scene, as it was totally unnecessary, and the real Oskar Schindler didn't do anything like that. But apart from that, it's a wonderful film.

However, I had to vote for Rob Roy. It's not as well-made or moving as Schindler's List, but I enjoy it much more, probably just because of Liam in a kilt and the *ahem* lake scene. :D I am looking forward to K-19: The Widowmaker too, seeing as it has both Harrison Ford and Liam Neeson with Russian accents.

I'll shut up now, then. ;)

I've never actually heard of Nell...I have no idea what the thing is about!

You know, I wish I got get my money back for buying The Haunting :(. It was cheap, but, I want my two pounds back!

Burn it! I'd pay £2 to rid the world of one Haunting video.

As for Nell, I've never seen it, but it's got that irritating Jodie Foster in it, so I doubt I'll like it.

Well, I was going to write a nice long post about how talented and attractive Nicole Kidman was, but I'll only get mocked for having no taste...

Nicole Kidman has that classic beauty, although I found her annoying as hell in Moulin Rouge. She was great in the Others, however. :)

Best Neeson film? Schindler's List. The fact that TPM is currently beating it shows how pathetic these polls can get.

I'd say the best movie Neeson has been in, is The Mission, with De Niro and Jeremy Irons, playing jesuit priests torn between their devotion to their mission, and their obedience to the papacy

I agree that The Haunting can't really be considered a 'good' film, but Liam did do a great job in it.

For me, it was a toss-up between TPMenace and Schindler's List .... I voted for Schindler's List. That was an outstanding film in every aspect and Neeson's performace was a difinite highlight. But I also thought he did a great job as Obi-Wan's teacher/mentor in TPM ... and as a SW fan, I had to at least mention him in that film! :)

Well, at least Schindler's List is beating TPM, but I'm horrified at the amount of people who voted for TPM. I shall pray for you. :p

I picked Les Misérables, because I haven't seen Schindler's List, which I'm sure he was good judging by the votes.
